What we aim for

Be hope for farmers

We are engaged in agriculture with such a slogan.
We will make the best use of local resources to solve problems in the agricultural industry.
We will continue to take on the challenge of becoming a hope and a goal for young farmers.
We are proceeding with our business with such an image in mind.

I quit my job at the age of 27 to take over my family's farm.
When my father's health deteriorated, I returned to my hometown, and one year after I decided to become a farmer, he passed away.
I had no idea how to manage the fields, drive a tractor, or turn on a light switch; everything was a new experience for me.
For the first three years, I barely made ends meet, which caused a lot of trouble for my wife, who I was married to at the time. But I somehow made it through those three years, and incorporated at the beginning of the sixth year, and have continued to do so ever since.
At first, I incorporated to hire people my age and raise funds, but now I have many other things I want to do. I want to tackle various issues through agriculture, and I also want to be a source of hope for other farmers as an organization.
There are still many challenges ahead, but I want to continue growing myself and the company, and create an indispensable agricultural corporation.

Our region: Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture

Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture, where we live, is located in the center of the Shikoku region. It faces the Pacific Ocean and has a warm climate. The city is home to the beautifully blue Niyodo River and offers a beautiful landscape.
Taking advantage of the warm climate, the city is thriving in the production of fresh vegetables and fruits. It is also a fishing town with an abundance of seafood from the Pacific Ocean.

Our Year---Growing Bell Peppers

Most bell pepper cultivation in Tosa City involves replanting in the summer.
Seedlings are planted from the end of August to September, and harvesting begins one month later. Harvesting continues almost every day through winter until June or July of the following year.
Branches are pruned and leaves are removed in between harvests, but about 90% of the work is harvesting.
Care is particularly important in the 3 to 4 months after planting, as the key to growing healthy trees at this stage is whether or not they can be grown.
We manage the temperature, water, etc. while observing the condition of the plants. It is a great joy to see the trees become healthy, flower more profusely, and bear more fruit.

Agriculture

We are conducting agricultural education together with an organization called Ability Kids, which runs an after-school day care service.
We go through the entire process together, from sowing the seeds to watering and then harvesting.
We want the children to experience everything from growing to harvesting to selling, so that they can learn about both the fun and the difficult parts of farming.
